How do I apply for an apartment?

Applications are available in person and using this secure, online form. Stop by the Leasing Center to pick up a paper copy.

What are the requirements for qualification and approval?

A credit check and background check are conducted in the approval process. The gross income must equal three times the monthly rent. Positive rental history and employment history are also evaluated.

Are housing vouchers accepted?

No, we do not participate in the housing voucher program.

Can I obtain a co-signer to apply?

This is a conditional option and requires a minimum credit score of 750.

How much does it cost to apply?

The application fee is $60 per person. This fee is nonrefundable. The security deposit is based on the application approval conditions. It can range from $200 to 2-month’s rent. It is refundable within 48 hours of applying or upon denial of the application. Apply online here.

Is this a pet friendly community?

Yes, we welcome your furry family. A one-time pet deposit is required at move in along with a monthly pet rent of $10 per pet. Breed restrictions and weight limitations do apply. Pet limit of 2 per household.

How often is availability updated?

Our residents are required to provide a 30-day prior to move out, so daily availability will reflect this information. Keep in mind this may change daily depending upon individual circumstances that result in needing to move out.

What is included in the rent price?

The total monthly rent reflects apartment rent, water/sewer/trash bill, pest control (limited to certain species), amenity access, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Cable TV, internet, and phone are open to your choice of providers and tenant responsibility.

What are the Lease Term options?

We offer a standard 12-month lease at the advertised rate, but short term, flexible options are available for a premium and upon request.

How do I report maintenance issues?

Maintenance can be reported on the website using this maintenance request form or by calling the Leasing Center during office hours. Instructions for emergency maintenance is available on the Leasing Center voicemail for after-hours requests.

How do I pay rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and a grace period until the 5th is provided. After the 5th, the late fee is applied. Rent can be paid online and in person at the Leasing Center. A variety of payment methods are accepted online including e-check, credit card, debit card, and ACH. In person we accept personal checks and money orders.

Is Renter’s Insurance required?

Renter’s insurance is required prior to move in. Your personal belongings are not covered through the property insurance. Should an unexpected event occur, your personal renter’s insurance policy will protect your belongings. Most insurance companies offer this type of policy and they are very affordable.
